Our beef and chicken broth is produced using only the highest quality bones, vegetables and spices – all 100% organic.
We use a slow, traditional cooking method, which draws out essential nutrients such as collagen, amino acids, calcium, magnesium and gelatine.
Our broths contain no additives or glutamate.

We cook the broth for at least 24 hours, using only Bio-certified ingredients.

Salt. Unlike traditional stocks and bouillons Brodo Di Ossa is prepared without salt. Feel free to add your own.
HOW IS IT BOTTLED?
We use the traditional method of hot bottling to ensure our broth containers are sterilised.
